I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The entire staff was exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Their kindness and dedication truly made my stay special. The rooms were spotless, and the daily housekeeping service was excellent. Everything was maintained to a very high standard of cleanliness and comfort. The breakfast was also outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious options suitable for different tastes and preferences. The laundry facilities were very convenient and well-organized. In addition, the hotel provided excellent amenities, including slippers, toothbrushes, a hair dryer, and high-quality toiletries and shampoos, which made the stay even more comfortable. One of the things I appreciated most was the location. The hotel is very close to the metro station, making transportation extremely easy and convenient. It was simple to reach all major attractions and destinations. I have stayed in many hotels, but I have rarely encountered such a helpful and attentive team. I would especially like to thank the hotel management for assembling such an outstanding staff. Their professionalism, warmth, and commitment to guest satisfaction are truly commendable. I highly recommend this hotel and would be delighted to stay here again in the future.

Very clean, nice staff-especially housekeeping department. They did their job perfectly. There were nice staff in the reception, but they were little bit slow. When i was asking to prepare invoice. They told me, they can’t print it. Then they figured out that they can. Something like this stuff. Nothing special. The location is not very good, but because it was near expo convention centre, it was very convenient for me
