* Very nicely located, close to the sea and great beaches * Beautiful garden and terrace. * Surrounded by trees and remains cool throughout the day. * Large fridge and freezer. * Spacious.

* Lots of dirty places and facilities. * Some broken kitchen facilities and some dangerous ones due to being in a very bad state. * Electrical issues causing the fuses to go off when too much current is used, for example when using more than one cooking plate at a time or when using the kettle and the dishwasher at the same time. * Parasol stands for the terrace on the verge of breaking. * Beds not very clean. * Missing an advertised gas grill.
