Le bruit et les incivilités la nuit sur le parking voisin

Logement spacieux et lumineux pour 3 adultes.Climatisation dans chacune des deux chambres fonctionnant parfaitement.Nous avons apprécié la terrasse avec vue sur le jardin et la mer. L'accès à la route principale se fait simplement.
Le logement aurait besoin d'un entretien plus régulier. Robinet eau chaude de la cuisine détérioré. L'une des portes ferme difficilement. L'un des deux transats cassé. Il faudrait prévoir des ustensiles de cuisine en plus ( une seule poignée amovible pour casserole et poêle, pas de sauteuse ni de cuillère en bois). Le portail automatique ne fonctionne pas en l'absence de soleil.
