About this villa rental
Welcome to my villa in a unique location!
Located on a small peninsula, you can enjoy an omnipresent view of the sea, the islets and the bay of Fort-de-France, in an exclusive and intimate setting not overlooked. Peace and rest guaranteed!
This character house can accommodate up to 7 people for a memorable stay.
It has large outdoor spaces with high ventilation: a large private garden surrounded by the sea, a carbet with barbecue and a 3-seater spa to relax in the shade of the palm trees.
Direct access to the sea will allow you to go on an adventure with the Kayak at your disposal.
On the first floor, the Villa is composed of a kitchen, a separate toilet and a dining room as well as a large warm living space open to the outside where you can spend pleasant moments with your family around the bar.
Upstairs, it has 2 air-conditioned bedrooms:
- a master suite with 140x190 bed, bathroom and private balcony (with sea view)
- a second bedroom, ideal for children, with a double bed and a bunk bed for 3 people (i.e. 5 people). This room is also suitable for a couple with children.
A bathroom and separate toilet complete the floor.
On the practical side, the Villa is equipped with Wifi, TV and a private parking space sufficient for 3 cars. Located near the village of Trois îlets, you will have easy access to all the local shops (butcher, bakery, ...) and the local market. Two supermarkets are located 5 minutes away by car. The pier of the shuttle boat linking Fort-de-France to the Trois îlets is also less than 5 minutes away.
Childcare equipment can be made available free of charge on request (high chair, cot, potty). Pets are welcome and the accommodations are smoking. Sheets, towels and dish towels are provided. Cleaning at the end of your stay is included.
For your outings, the famous beaches of 3 islets and Anses d'Arlet are all nearby (between 10 and 30 minutes by car). In addition, the town is very lively and a varied choice of activities will satisfy your desires (hiking, golf, horse riding, tennis, water sports, go-karting, tree climbing, many restaurants, casino, night bars, ...).
I am gradually carrying out improvement and renovation work. The photos correspond to the current state of the house. All the rooms have not yet been renovated, so the rates are adapted.
