隔音稍差，半夜可聽見馬路車聲

Apartment was clean and facilities were great. Nice to have an in-house washing machine with built-in dryer. Lovely sea views from the balcony. Host was easily contactable and responded quickly.

Due to its central location traffic along the streets especially on a weekend was a nightmare. Almost impossible to find a vacant car parking bay. Parking at the apartment was expensive (they charge per hour 24/7). However the host was kind enough to compensate our parking fees by rebating $5 per day.

위치 너무 좋습니다. 제셀톤. 쟈스민마사지. 가야주말 야시장.필리피노 마켓.kk마켓.유잇청. 이펑락사. 올드타운커피 등 거의 모든곳이 걸어서 15분 전후면 가능합니다 그랩도 기다렸다가 타고 가는 시간하면 비슷해요 그랩도 어딜가든 평상시엔 기본 요금 정도 나옵니다 청결 깨끗하고 하수도 냄새 안나요 쇼파에 있는 쿠션은 약~간 꿉꿉한 냄새가 나긴하는데 그것도 2일차에 알게 됐어요 샤워필터도 챙겨 갔는데 3일 썼는데 조금 색이 변하긴 했는데 다른 숙소에 비하면 변했다고 볼수도 없는 정도 호스트 숙박 전날 꼼꼼하게 체크인 방법 알려 줍니다 사진.동영상까지 보내줘요 새벽에 체크인하면서 실수해서 연락했더니 금방 바로 연락 받아주고 잘 들어갔는지 확인까지 해주셨어요 전자제품 냉장고 큰거.전자렌지.정수기(sk).세탁기(삼성).인덕션 다 있고요 세탁 세제도 있습니다(섬유유연제는 없어요) 욕실 샴푸.바디워서.핸드워시 있어요 2인 3박 했는데 샤워타올 4장 주셨어요 코타는 수건을 1인1박1장 주는곳은 없더라고 몇박을 해도 인원 수 만큼만 주던데 그런곳에 비하면 많이 주는거예요

The fully equipped kitchen was a standout feature, complete with high-end appliances and all the utensils needed for cooking. Dining with an ocean view made every meal feel special. The sleeping area featured a comfortable bed with plush bedding, ensuring restful nights. I also appreciated having access to a Netflix account, making it easy to unwind with my favorite shows in the evenings. The location was unbeatable, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and beautiful beaches. The building offered additional parking, which made my stay even more convenient, though I did notice that the lift could require a bit of a wait at times. Overall, my stay at this seaview studio was exceptional. It felt like a true home away from home, combining luxury, comfort, and stunning vistas. I can’t wait to return!

I wanted to address the issue I encountered during my stay at the seaview studio apartment regarding the lift. Unfortunately, the wait time for the lift was often quite long, which became a significant inconvenience. This delay disrupted the flow of my day, especially when I needed to head out or return to the apartment. While the overall experience was enjoyable, the lift situation definitely detracted from the otherwise relaxing stay. I hope this can be improved for future guests.
