Very quaint cottage that had everything we needed for our stay. Very comfortable and great location for us.
No dislikes about the property. The road outside is very busy and drivers were driving in excess of the speed limit so that was a bit scary a times.

Periwinkle Cottage was perfect! It was very clean, and had everything we needed to make us feel comfortable and at home during our stay, including, a good quality wood burner for the cool evenings. The location was perfect too, with the butchers shop right across the road. You still need to be up early if you want to beat the queue for the award winning pork pies. Ruswarp station was 3 mins walk away and Whitby is 6 mins on the train (1 stop).
It is on a busy road so we needed to be sure we didn’t let the dog get through the front door without her having her lead on.
