Puntos a mejorar: La taza del wc está floja de la base y el lavabo tiene fuga lo que hace que no sea recomendable colocar las cosas de higiene sobre el área, dado que se humedecen. Por lo demás como siempre excelente y volvería a repetir.

Villa Coyoacán es un pequeño paraíso emplazado en la bella Coyoacán. Su ubicación es excelente. Además, nuestra familia se ha sentido como en casa. Un desayuno excepcional y el trato súper amable. Habitaciones limpias y cómodas.

This accommodation was a wonderful find—authentic, comfortable, and incredibly quiet. The bedding was especially cozy, making it easy to get a great night’s sleep. The location was perfect: just a 5-minute walk to restaurants, cafés, and a small grocery store, and only 10–15 minutes on foot to the central area. It felt like the ideal balance of convenience and peaceful retreat. Highly recommend.

The location is amazing and the house itself is very lovely. The beds are also comfy. Despite not having an accessible reception or person in charge, whoever answered our messages on booking.com was very flexible with letting us leave our cases at the villa before check in.

The bathrooms are external which we were prepared for. What we weren't prepared for was for the bathroom to be downstairs off the living room and entrance which was not ideal for privacy. We were also pretty shocked to have other people use it when it when it said private as it seemed to be the natural 'house' toilet. This included the house keeper who finished the toilet roll and didn't replace it or let us know. The dynamic of the villa is also slightly odd. We never met anyone who was in charge and there is no check in or out per say. Again this would be fine but there also isnt much by way of explanation via a guest book or welcome messages. So it wasnt really clear if we could use the shared facilities (including kitchen and laundry). The locks were also not straightforward and it would have been useful to have more of an intro on how to use them or someone on hand to help. The house also doesn't really lend itself to being shared by strangers. Its quite loud between the rooms so you can hear the other rooms. Didn't feel like we had a ton of privacy. Small improvement points would also be hooks and mirrors in the bedroom and bathrooms.
