Чудове розташування, номер ідеально чистий, комфортний не дивлячись на невеликі розміри. Персонал супер ввічливий. Є ліфт, в номері є безкоштовна пляшка води для кожного гостя, кавомашина, кава та чай. Ми залишилися дуже задоволені.

Це не з вини готелю, але варто зазначити, що якщо надворі спека ( а ми потрапили на +38) то в номері буде +42. Кондиціонерів в Європі мало, рятував вентилятор.

Friendly staff, great room. I stayed for 3 nights and everything was perfect. I took the breakfast and it was good. Very quiet, great location to visit Prague. Close to the subway. You can also walk to the city centre. Very happy with my stay.

Noisy in the street early in the morning, possibly roadworks. Also didn’t love the pillow but I’m fussy about pillows

Room was in good condition and facilities were nice. Free coffee in reception area. Location is close to the main centre and key sites are within walking distance.

We booked a three bedroom room. When the first guest arrived (approx. 11pm) we expected payment to be processed via either the card saved through Booking.com or via card payment directly at reception. After a 20 min conversation it was clear that the card machine was faulty and payment could not be processed, so the first guest was told that payment could be sorted in the morning. The remaining 2 guests arrived approx. 1am and were told that payment had to be made. The same issue arose with the card machine not working so payment could not be completed, and we were then told that we would have to get up in the morning to get cash out and return to reception by 8:20am to make payment. If we didn’t agree to this, we were told we would not be able to stay. After a heated discussion about how this was unreasonable and the issue was not our fault, but that of the hotels we eventually had to agree to leave a credit card at reception as collateral and come down at 9am the next morning to complete payment. Given the staff member was not backing down, we had to agree to do this and were eventually allowed to enter our room. Payment was sorted in the morning, after a team member who knew how to use the card machine was able to get it up and running. Overall pretty poor experience, and no consolation was offered for the inconvenience.
