The bed is very comfortable, and the place is clean, and the breakfast is on time. The staff are very friendly. The location is secure, and they follow the green agenda with motion sensor lights in some common areas like the corridor. The staff are helpful and respond to most of the requests politely.

The soundproof needs to be added, you can hear conversations from reception area and outside if your room is close to reception area. They should check all rooms before guests arrival to confirm all amenities like batteries for all remotes, that all remotes for TVs or aircon are in place and working, check that there is a hanger in the wardrobe ;for example my room didn't have a TV remote, aircon remote was not working and temp couldn't be regulated, no hanger and it was a double room with soap for one bath
