The unit is clean and the location in relation to the Strawberry Festival is perfect. Once traffic settles in the evening, it’s quiet. The bed is very comfortable.
Property grounds are dingy and do not match the photos. You’re not allowed to flush any toilet paper. There are bedside lamps in the king room, but you can’t plug them in because the bed is in the way. There’s no plug in the bathroom. The grout in the shower looks stained from minerals in the water. And the water itself smells terrible! Info from Booking.com differs from what you get from the property management company which is StayHome. They don’t reply to your questions and leave you to review numerous emails, texts, and the website to try and figure things out. Booking.com says you’ve paid when you book and not to give anyone any more money or you could be getting scammed. Then StayHome contacts you for a $250 deposit, your Gov’t ID, and to sign a contract. I found this property on another booking site to verify StayHome was real. Very nerve wracking! The property is also too expensive for what you get.

Unit was clean
Refrigerator doors need to open on R side. Couldn’t flush toilet paper , a trash can was not provided. No dish towels. No coffee filters. Needed more than 2 face cloths for 4 adults. Trash cans outside were full and we were required to take them to the curb. Not a first class AB&B grounds and outside furniture need cleaning.
