3 bedroom 2 bath Ranch with pool

Property was tidy but not necessarily clean. Kitchen was well equipped, spacious & having a pool was great, Newer appliances & washer/dryer a plus. Quiet neighborhood. Property states sleeps 8, 3 bedrooms all with queen beds, no sleeper sofa but an extra mattress in master bedroom closet with no sheets. Though we were a small party we needed 4 sleeping arrangements. Overall a nice stay

Check in was at 4pm and at 405 I still had not received any check in instructions. I texted and called host and about 10-15 minutes later got a text with door code. House suited our needs. Had just the basic necessities. Only had closets to put clothes in so we lived out of our suitcases for 9 days. Pool was okay. House just needs some TLC. We have stayed in many houses and condos all over Florida and never have had any lizards inside unit. This house had a pretty good size lizard that we found in bathroom and then a baby lizard in bedroom floor. Will probably not stay here again.

The pool is not heated, which was not great with the coil temps but the house was clean and there was more to do in Plant City than we expected!

We stayed in this home over the holiday weekend for a friends wedding. We mainly chose it because our friends live just a few doors down. I was a bit skeptical due to some of the reviews about cleanliness and they we right. For the most part the inside was ok. The beds were fine and clean as were the linens. The inside could use a coat of paint and a good scrubbing. What was the greatest disappointment was the backyard. The lawn hadn't been mowed in weeks and there was green mold all over the pool surround and vinyl fence. It was not inviting at all the want to enjoy the pool. The house has such potential, it just needs a little TLC.
