Great apartment and fantastic location in St Kilda. Short walk to the main beach and eating places. Very homely and has all the conveniences needed for a city break. Easy prompt communication re access etc.

fantastic location. spotlessly clean. lovely additions like coffee pods, snacks, wine, etc.
our big issue was the heating was not working. July in Melbourne with 1 degree overnight temperatures. I understand these things happen but made our stay quite uncomfortable. lucky we are young and healthy - older guests or babies would've struggled with 16 degree temperates inside.
garage remote worked intermittently and I couldn't get my car out for a day.
owner did come on the 3rd day , however we were checking out the following morning so too late.
