Cozy Nest in Prime Hawthorn w parking & pool

Booked this as it was near where we wanted to be. Didn't realise it was in a large block of units, but the facilities were very good and very quiet. Instructions for entry were good.

Did not like the key pick-up arrangement (which I see has been raised by other guests in the past). Had to try to find a park so we could walk about 500m to find the agent which handles the keys. You need a different system for managing the keys. Also, we struggled to find our allotted car parking space - there doesn't seem to be any system as to how they have been allocated - had to get out of the car & walk around the general area described in the instructions, to eventually track it down.

This is easily the best accomodation I have ever booked. The house is absolutely gorgeous and the view is amazing. I cannot recommend it more highly. Really, just book this property, you will not be disappointed. Everything is perfect.

The one downside (which is actually also the upside) is that it is at the top of quite a steep hill so if you are walking it's a bit tough. BUT, that means that the views over Hobart and the water and the rising sun are beyond beautiful so it really is worth the workout...

Unfortunately, our stay wasn’t the best experience. The location was very busy with heavy traffic, which made getting in and out quite a hassle. The check-in instructions were also lacking and confusing, and we ended up wasting a lot of time trying to figure out where the apartment room was. Clearer directions and better communication would really improve the experience.
