We loved the convenient location, just moments from trams, cafes, restaurants and the city. The apartment was spacious, peaceful and provided a relaxing place to stay.

The room itself was beautiful. Very well maintained and stylish.
Well through booking.com, turns out, in a hidden sentence, the pool is closed. So that was just a disaster. When asking for a partial refund, we were told via text by Melbourne apartments we could stay or leave, with a full refund. We had one hour to get out. So we did. But it was unbelievably rude and stressful the way it was all handled. So many emails and confirmations, but deep within the booking site, only once mentioned the pool closure. Ridiculous.
