The location needs improvements by the owner. It is not OK at this time for rent at this price

Very generous space and close to the university and the train station

It doesn't have a sheet, pillowcase and duvet cover. The drain in the bathroom doesn't work well so that during the shower the water ends up coming out and you stand with your feet in a 15cm mini pool. Be careful, the house number 11 is not visible from the street because the number is broken. If you come in the evening, be careful. The property should fix this trivial thing if you rent. In the kitchen the light is dim and you can't see the settings on the electric stove, which is black.

The location of the place it's really good centric it was clean enough

The owner waits until last minute to send the security box code wich made me doubt if they would send it or not even when he was replying all the messages he sent the code in the last minute. Never happened to me before and I travel a lot... Entrance of the building it's really dirty it's a 2nd floor app without a lift I had a lot of suitcases was really exhausting.

Lavazza coffee in the kitchen, spacious.

Outright nasty. The sheets were probably clean but it is so disgusting with private hosts, they put dirty pillows everywhere, dirty blankets over the bed, marks of different colors, its just unacceptable! Who wants a blanket and stupid pillows with icecream, or imagine what those marks are, it could be any type of liquid from a human . Also drain is clogged so you can only shower for 5 minutes . Only a quarter roll of toilet paper. Booking should not cooperate with such filthy hosts

Ingenting der var beskidt og der lugtede grimt så vi måtte et andet sted at overnatte i Horsens nærmere bestem Teater hotellet.

Vi var der under 10min og måtte betale 300kr på mobil pay selv om der stod der var fri parkering forlangte den engelske talende person 300kr og vi kunne ikke få nogle kvittering Vi forlanger at få vores penge tilbage både for ophold og parkering

Under al kritik simpelthen - stram op!

Der var virkelig koldt i lejligheden og ingen radiatorer virkede. Der var to vinduer der ikke kunne lukke rigtigt. Der var nusset og beskidt. Særligt gulvene lå der et lag af skidt på. Der var kun redt op i den ene dobbeltseng til trods for at jeg havde booket til to personer med to værelser og gjort opmærksom på at det var arbejde det var booket til. Afløb i bruseren var stoppet til, så man stod og soppede i sit eget badevand eller sin kollegas, hvis man ikke havde tid til at vente på at det meget langsomt løb ud.

God beliggenhed men risiko for manglende parkeringsplads

God central beliggenhed tæt på gågader og butikker og stadig stille og roligt område. Det var nemt at hente nøglen i nøgleboks ved døren. En fin lejlighed med køkken og bad med tilhørende produkter og meget behagelig seng.

Det er beskrevet, at der er gratis parkering, som viser sig at være, at man kan holde på gaden i visse tidsrum. Det var svært at finde parkering, da mange andre biler holdt der, og der var derfor ikke garanti for at få en parkeringsplads gratis. Det lykkedes os dog men det var snævert og vi turde ikke flytte på bilen under opholdet i tilfælde af at miste pladsen.

Kommer til Horsens 1-2 gange årligt, men vil aldrig booke ind på Sønderbro 11 igen.

Trappeopgangen var møgbeskidt. Døren til wc kunne ikke lukkes. Vinduerne var snavsede.

Helt ok sted. Vi savnede lidt en mikroovn. Stedet/opgangen var snusket, men lejligheden var fin. Kloaken i bruseren

Lidt snusket indgang og opgang. Vores bil var for bred så vi kunne ikke parkere i gården og måtte i stedet parkere på gaden. Heldigvis var der ingen p-vagt.

Gammelt hus/opgang, uden nødudgang og lejligheden uden røg alarm. Det er ikke trygt. Kun rent nogen steder. Der manglede pærer i flere lamper, nogle lamper i stykker. Krummer i køleskabet. Møbler der ser ud som om de har været revet itu af en kat. Sengene har mørke mærker af "fugt" ? Der mangler garderobe plads/knager ved indgangen.
