Highly recommended!!! The house is very clean, cozy, well facilitated, excellent location to all directions. The host is super kind and social, like an old friend who you didn't see for a long time, and he also provided a lot of useful information of sightseeing points and discounts, helped us to save money! A lot of choices of pillows and blankets, really thoughtful!

Nothing. Will be greater if there is a wash machine... hahaha. (there is a laundry shop in the town ;) )

Für uns war es der perfekte Ort zur perfekten Zeit (und von Horsens hatten wir vorher noch gar nichts gehört). Herausragend war die unaufdringliche, unkomplizierte Gastfreundschaft von Jonas und seiner Familie. Das begann schon mit dem Kontakt vor der Anreise, dem Empfang (inklusive einer kleinen Überraschung im Kühlschrank) und wir wurden die ganze Zeit wunderbar betreut. Und wir wurden auch verwöhnt mit Pancake, frischen Erdbeeren, Kartoffeln, Kirschen, Bier und ganz vielen Tipps. Und ansprechbar war Jonas die gesamte Zeit. Die Unterkunft liegt eher am Rand der Stadt, aber ganz nah zum Stadtzentrum, den Museen (Kunstmuseum, Industriemuseum, ein wirklich großartiges Gefängnismuseum)... auch zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (zwei Supermärkte fußläufig). Perfekt war Horsens aber auch, weil man von der Unterkunft direkt Wandern, Laufen und Radfahren konnte (unser Tipp - unbedingt mit dem Rad und der Fähre nach Hjarnö und mit dem Rad den Horsensfjord umfahren mit zweifacher Fährfahrt nach Hjarnö und Alrö). Aber unbedingt die kleine Fahrradfähre vorher vorbestellen!!! Und nach Aarhus waren es gerade einmal 35 Minuten mit dem Auto.

Loved the electic blinds. The kitchen was well equipped but very small. Free coffee pods were a nice touch, as was the welcoming cake. Lovely garden and flowers etc. Our stay was not helped by the fact that it was a holiday weekend andcon the Whit Monday the Danish King was in the town, so were roads were closed to cars.

Could not get the TV to work as the sound was very low, and it appeared to be set, and it was not possible to turn it up.. The bathroom was too far from the bedroom. While parking on the road would not be a problem for most. Because of our mobility difficulties, it was for us, particularly as it rainned every day.. Wheelchair users would find the metal grid by the main door a problem. Too many unnecessary, silly rules stuck everywhere. No shoes to be worn indoors, shut the gate, and dont park in the garage space etc. These small things were irritants.
