Villas Guzman - Florida

The views the space was adequate for 12 whilst living outdoors in warm weather. There is not enough space if 12 needed to socialise indoors if the weather is poor. The upstairs seemed more spacious and brighter. There plenty of cooking facilities. We asked for extra sunbeds and they were provided. The villa was very quiet and relaxing. The property was very clean on our arrival and the staff at the Villa Guzman office were very friendly helpful and tried what they could to fix the plumbing issues.

We had plumbing issues from the start to finish. Maintenance tried all they could to fix the issues however we were still left with sewage like smells during our stay. I feel that the villa needs some TLC to maintain a 10rating from Booking.com. The outside needs painting, tiles around the pool are cracked and if not fixed could be a health and safety issue. The driveway area also need looking at as there are also many cracked uneven tiles unfortunately this will be due to tree roots.

The layout and facilities were ideal for our family needs. The pool was excellent and great fun for the children. The property was very clean on arrival and had everything we needed.

The overhanging trees continually shed pine needles which needed regular sweeping. However the red squirrels in the trees were entertaining.
