Mooi schoon appartement, perfecte locatie dicht bij het vliegveld. Prima huisje om een week te verblijven.

La ubicación, la terraza y las vistas, además de ser confortable una de las camas.
Las otras dos camas no eran confortables y faltaba más equipamiento en la cocina.

Great place to stay with a beautiful view and a big terrace. It is close to our favorite beach La Tejita and other beaches in El Medano. Apartment was cozy, clean and it had all that we need for our stay. Bigger dormitory is next to the terrace so it always has a pleasant breeze. Well equipped kitchen, only thing we missed were some pots and pans to do a bit of cooking.
You can hear the noise from planes passing above, especially during the day. At night they fly only sometimes, so it was alright. Be prepared that the smaller dorm is oriented to the backyard and you can hear people going around. Also it is necessary to have blinds mostly shut to have privacy there.

The location is excellent, with beautiful views of the sea and El Teide from the balcony. We especially appreciated the elevator, as we were traveling with a baby and a stroller. Parking on the street was easy and convenient.
The apartment is poorly maintained and everything is falling apart. All the doors creak loudly and some are hard to open and close. The kitchen is inadequately equipped and the coffee machine didn’t work. The beds are uncomfortable and noisy. The balcony door locks are completely rusted and cannot be secured. I can go on.
If you expect a normal standard, I would not recommend this apartment.
