Villa Jami by BaliSuperHost

We arrived early in the morning between 2-3am and were greeted accordingly and given an overview of the property. We had asked prior to arrival if they could have a box of Bintang and Water there before we arrived which worked out perfectly. French Manager was always very helpful and making sure everything was ok with the Villa. Had read prior reviews complaining about how firm the beds are, they on the firmer side but as a group of 8 none of were unhappy. Daily cleaner was very friendly and just went about business to allow us to enjoy the Villa and pool. Plenty of great food options very close by including fresh coffee available every morning at the end of the driveway from Felicity's. Easily stay here again and recommend to other families without any hesitation.

The only thing would have been notified of the cleaner coming daily. Maybe same time daily so everyone is aware . Lady was lovely but a message to say half an hour your Villa willl be cleaning . Would make it better

Good Villa and location

The villa itself was nice and in a good location. However, we were disappointed with the host’s attitude. Despite staying for 9 days and offering to pay for a late check-out, we were told new guests were arriving and the cleaner came at 11:30am, rushing us out even though we had agreed on a 12pm check-out. The host was not very welcoming or hospitable, which left a bad impression.

Location was good.

The property had the potential for a much higher rating, but the level of service was disappointing. Housekeeping did not replace the bed sheets and towels daily, which significantly impacted our experience (having to pay extra to get them changed everyday was unacceptable!). Additionally, bottled water and toiletries were not consistently provided. The air conditioning in the room was also subpar, taking far too long to cool the space.
