La ti non funzionava ( forse mancavano sole le informazioni) e qualche piccola mancanza ( cucchiaini e strofinacci).

Very spacious and clean apartment, very comfortable beds, with enough space for 4 people. We used the washing machine and were able to hang up all our clothes. Check-in and out was smooth, no issues. Great location in the old historical area, very close to a main road to take a taxi to/from the airport.
The shower screen is very hard to open/close and water runs out onto the floor even when you’re careful due to its folded pattern shape.
No wine glasses, would have been nice to have some wine glasses.

Good location, reasonably modern renovation and spacious. Easy walk to the sights of the historical centre
The host was not there and only messaged in Italian, and didn’t respond for over 24 hours when we said internet down.
Throughout the 3 day stay the wifi and TV were down and the last 24 hours there was no hot water.
The host didn’t fix these issues although he has offered to refund an unspecified portion of the payment.
Travelling with children these days hot water and wifi are pretty much necessities.
