The location is fantastic, in the middle of the Spanish quarter. The owner sent us a short video on how to get there from the street, very helpful. Pretty clean, basic stuff. We could use the washer to do laundry. Probably other guests left some shampoo and dishwasher in the flat, so we didn't have to buy that. We bought the detergent for the washing machine and there was only a half a roll of toilet paper, no extra anywhere. No big deal. Overall a great place for an Airbnb.

Now there is a tourist tax you have to pay, which is fine. But when it comes to the amount how much you have to pay that is fishy. We were good to pay 6 euros per night per person. I accidentally made a 4 nights reservation instead of 3. My bad. They did not pay me back the extra night, no problem. I understand. So we showed up on the second day. The owner called us and said he would send the cleaning lady to collect the 48 euros for our stay. He told me to look up Italian law, when I asked how the 6 euros a night is determined. So I did. I found out it is 6 for a 5 star hotel which clearly this wasn't. It should have been 5.50/night. It is the principal. And you only should be charged for actually physically spent nights. Which again wasn't the case. So I paid him an extra night, and the 48 euros because I am a tourist who didn't want a problem and the owner threatened me with the police. Who wants to start a vacation like that? But he is absolutely in the wrong! Be aware if you use this place, ask everything in writing before you book how much you have to pay for tourist tax. So we paid him an extra 15 euros in taxes plus the night we did not stay.

Absolutely lovely place, very clean, exactly as described. Great area, everything very close by. Small convenience store around the corner and on the same street there’s three small bars/restaurants where I went almost every night for my stay. It’s a great location right next to the historical center. Very great communication with the owners. Sadly didn’t get to meet them in person but we talked through messages. Would definitely stay here again if I would come back.

Not a negative for the accommodation. But a warning if you like natural light this place won’t be for you. Very minimal outside light but again, nothing you can do about that, and it’s not a negative from me.

Vse je bilo blizu. Tako da smo hodili pes. Je zelo avtentično,saj bivaš dobesedno s prebivalci. Apartma prostoren s hladilnikom in osnovnimi stvarmi v kuhinji. Več tako nismo potrebovali.

Prvi dan smo ga malo iskali ampak so nas prijazni sosedje hitro usmerili na pravi vhod🙂

La ubicación es lo mejor que tiene, ya que está muy cerca de las calles más importantes del casco histórico (a unos pocos minutos andando de vía Tribunali) y bien comunicada con el metro y el tren metropolitano. Además, es cierto que está en una zona auténtica de la ciudad, ya que encima del apartamento viven otras familias de la ciudad, con lo cual la zona también se percibe como segura.

Desde luego nos encontramos algo muy diferente a la idea que llevábamos del apartamento con los comentarios que habíamos leído. Hay muchos muebles del apartamento en mal estado, el váter tiene la tapa rota (hay que sujetarla para usarlo), una parte de la ventana de la habitación no se puede cerrar bien, la puerta no cierra bien (aunque el anfitrión nos aseguró que estaba blindada), etc. Con respecto al ruido, es tranquilo en comparación a las calles más transitadas de la ciudad, pero no deja de ser un primero en el que se escucha perfectamente el ruido de la calle y del resto de las casas, además en horas avanzadas de la noche y temprano por la mañana, al menos en nuestro caso, por lo que el descanso no era el mejor. Y con respecto al anfitrión, las conversaciones no han sido muy fluidas, pues solía tardar horas en contestar.
