Landvetter Hotell

So it wasn’t the blue house pictured but some porto cabins behind. They seem to be renovating all that area and putting paving and landscaping down. The room I got was small but very clean and adequate for the price and if you just need an overnight stay. I arrived by bus to the airport in the evening for my flight the next morning. I rang the number in the booking and was picked up within five minutes by their free shuttle bus. The next morning I called the number again and they collected me five minutes later and drove me to the airport for my flight. So I’m very happy and I would definitely book this again as I think it was good value for the price, hence the good score I gave. It’s also worth mentioning that the company name at the moment is ”Landvetter Parkering” so you can pay to leave your car there for long term parking

I think when booking, an automatic message reply needs to go out with some information and the telephone number that you call if you need to be picked up by shuttle bus from the airport. And maybe call it ”Landvetter parking and rooms”, so there is less confusion. I have used their carpark before so I knew how it worked but someone that has no idea might be confused when the phone is answered with just ”Landvetter parking”. They seem to be building up the accommodation side of the business right now so things like that will hopefully be addressed at some point

The property was what we were expecting: one night near the airport. Facilities were most basic, but that was ok for that one night.

When someone takes a shower, the whole bathroom/toilet gets wet. It would be good to have a broom/rug so that we can clean it up so that we don't carry water all over the property.

Quirky place next to airport parking. I didn't realise I could get a free shuttle from airport as they own the parking business too, so I walked it (about 40 minutes. ) The free ride back to the airport in the morning was most welcome. Staff were very kind and helpful (you get your keys from the parking office next to the accommodation. ) The room was clean and comfortable, I even had a small porch to sit out on . The shared bathroom was brand new and very modern. As good as any large hotel. There's a free coffee machine and a shared fridge if you take food or drinks. Altogether a great place and unbelievably convenient for the airport. Thanks guys. 😁👍
