The apartment was perfect for us, two friends attending a conference. We each had a generous sized room, with a king-size bed and an ensuite. Warm underfloor heating, and a heat pump, meant that we were very comfortable as the outside temperature dropped.
We feel it is unreasonable to expect guests to take their rubbish to communal bins before departing. This is Airbnb practice and we did not book with Airbnb. Cleaning was clearly included in our booking.com charge. Note: the nonstick frypans are in an unsafe state/very scratched and impossible to clean; they need replacing.

The house is spacious and the location is about 10mins drive from the town area. I love the tranquility of the neighborhood.
There is room for improvement for the housekeeping cleanliness. The floor is abit sticky and there are dust and insects found in the bedroom. Noticed that there isn't any holder rack or holder to put the body shower and shampoos. It would be good to have room heater or warmer in the bedrooms as it get very cold during the nights!

The modern apartment was well appointed and had everything we needed. It was a 5 minute drive from the township and foreshore. Definitely need a car.
We had trouble finding our car space as the number has disintegrated. Needs to be addressed asap as it was quite stressful at the time trying to guess if we were in the correct bay.
