This a new property in a quiet location, just outside wanaka. Easy to get to from town and there’s a couple of local shops near by. Beauty of this place is that it is very quiet during the day and at night. Very peaceful location.
Unfortunately storage for our clothes was lacking. Only hanging wardrobe space and no draws or chest of drawers to put clothes away. Lacking in both rooms.
The car park for the property is on the other side of the building. You can see the car park as the main living area and master bedroom faces the car park but you have to walk around to get to the car. Not ideal when loading and unloading car or when it’s pouring with rain. Whilst there was a washer and dryer at the property, there was no clothes rack to hang clothes to dry.

It was great to have dedicated carparking for us to use exclusively. The facilities are clean, new and good quality. We stayed during the winter but the rooms were warm enough without needing to use the heaters. The neighbourhood is quiet and felt safe to go out with the families for walks in the evenings.
It was slightly annoying not being able to park in front of the property. The issue only applies to properties on the ground floor which have their entrance on the other side of the building. However, there is a deck which served as a convenient way to take things to the car.

It was so clean and modern! The bed was super comfy!! The hosts were very responsive when I raised a small issue..they resolved it in ten minutes! Locations was in a new estate, and a quieter one which we appreciated.
Not much not to like!! Parking around the back was just a minor inconvenience..nothing that should put you off staying here.
