I did appreciate, the fact that I was able to stay an additional hour to check out, due to the fact I was traveling with my son who has special needs.
I didn't appreciate the $125.00 cleaning fee that was not in clear sight upon checkout. Especially for a one-night stay It was a hidden fee that after I confirmed and was locked in did it say that was the fee. I have often rented before, and this fee typically applied after so many days. For one night this was ridiculous. This fee should have been seen on the page that says Guest details when all the fees are laid out. I realized after I confirmed my payment, it showed you this after clicking on a link. I have been using Booking.com for years. This has never happened before. Please be upfront with cleaning fees, because it totally changes the whole price for the room.

Room was spacious, the view was nice
The hotel was nice, staff wasn’t, front desk clerk was unprofessional so was one of the bell boys… don’t take my tip when He delivered the luggage(10) dolars wasn’t enough
