The Stables

Perfect cottage. Immaculately clean. Crisp white linen sheets, comfortable beds and lovely fresh towels. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you could possibly need. Our host Andrew lives in the old vicarage nearby and greeted us on our arrival. Lovely gentleman. Our dog Dennis loved the secure garden and rural walks nearby. It was a perfect break for the 2 of us and we would highly recommend a stay here. You won't be disappointed!

That we had to leave and go home!

This was a beautifully converted stables which had everything one could need to make you feel at home. The kitchen was a good size and well equipped with quality fittings. Everywhere was really clean. There is a lovely local shop not far away.

We didn’t find the beds very comfortable .

The host was a very pleasant gentleman, the property was excellent, couldn't have asked for anything more. I will give it 5 stars and will definitely be using it again.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Lovely modern, clean kitchen and bathrooms. Andrew was very helpful. House was warm.

Unfortunately there were no hooks in either bathrooms or in the bedrooms so nowhere to hang towels etc. Sitting room was uncomfortable due to old furniture. New sofas would be a great improvement. Sadly the second bedroom was only suitable for children, the beds were too small for adults. The wardrobe in the 2nd bedroom was so small and there were no drawers to place clothes, which had to remain in the cases. The house is really only suitable for two adults and two children. Having said all that we still managed to have a good time.
