Great location & views. Had all the facilities and amenities needed

Needs more attention to cleaning, many spider webs and dust / mould in places. Crockery in cupboards required rewashing prior to use as were greasy / grimy.

Cozy and Homely

The accommodation was very clean. It had all the facilities you needed and more . The air fryer was a bonus. The rooms are cozy, and the fireplace was a plus as well. Thank you

Our only issue was the size of the adult bedroom . It was a little bit small(which is more our issue because we are on the bigger size).We still did find it cozy.

The location is quiet with a stunning view and very homely everything you could possibly need.Any questions I had were answered instantly by the owners, and I would definitely recommend it..

A lovely holiday home 😊

The views were amazing! I’ve never seen views like that in Britain before it was like being abroad! The outdoor space was exceptional, I loved the egg chair! The sofa was so comfortable I wanted to take it home with me lol. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you needed even an air fryer. It was very quiet a night able to sleep with the windows open as it was very weather. Decorated lovely bright and airy.

The water was very hot when washing our hands it got scolded after just a few seconds luckily my kids are not little. The beds were a little bit hard but we all slept well 😊

Excellent location and facilities

Location was excellent and the lodge comfortable and fit for purpose.Well equipped and as described. Communication with the owner was good. Weather was als good which helped of course.

Everything was good. Hot water was very hot and could perhaps be an issue for young children. However no real issues at all and we would thoroughly recommend.

My stay was l beautiful location with sea views quiet and private

Location was perfect and owners fantastic quickly replying with a problem with tv Friendly and approachable and quick to try to fix any problem you may have

It would be nice to have a visitors book so people can pass on valuable information to future guests And tv in bedroom needs an outside aerial to make it work properly as such a nice feature to have

Lovely if you arrive by car, travelling via a big supermarket.

It’s very clean. The views are gorgeous. The dining and seating areas are comfortable and we felt we could relax. There was lots of hot water so we could all have a lovely bath. There is seating on the decking area which looked great but unfortunately we didn’t have good enough weather to use it. The kitchen has good pans / utensils for cooking a meal. The cabin felt peaceful, we couldn’t hear anyone else nearby. It’s located close to the shops and other facilities though we didn’t use anything other than the shop. There’s an electric radiator to help dry wet clothes.

We were cycling Route 8 for several days, carrying everything on our road bikes. These are no towels / sheets / bath mat / tea towel / oven gloves. There wasn’t enough toilet roll and there was no kitchen roll and very few tea bags. The shower temperature frequently fluctuates between really hot & cold. This is a lovely place to stay, particularly if you drive there via a supermarket but it’s not the easiest place to stay for cyclists. Especially when the weather is wet.

Brilliant stay and brilliant host

The Lodge was spotless clean , everything you needed was available . Decorated lovely . The decking was really big and loads of seating . The location was excellent , beautiful views and just a little walk from the beach .

If I had to say one thing , then I’d love to have stayed longer .

Location lovely and views wonderful; very cosy and comfortable living room; well stocked kitchen with some handy basics supplied; lovely and clean; veranda furniture a treat; good shower; lovely range of pillows;

Mattresses could have been more comfortable; but probably personal taste;

Gorgeous - will be back next year!

Beautiful views of the coast. Very spacious!

Only issue was the lack of WiFi. We knew the property didn’t have WiFi but was advertised excellent signal which we sadly didn’t have on any device. Caused a bit of havoc with the kids but we would just plan for this more so in future. That was our only issue. Everything else was incredible and we will be back!

The location was perfect, quite away from the hustle and bustle of the entertainment areas. Everything we needed was to hand, and beds were great, as were the quilts. A really great place to stay.

Brilliant weekend away

Lovely lodge - very nice, clean, good value for money and facilities. Brilliant for families and beautiful sea views/sunrises. Much preferred booking with an owner as opposed to via haven - passes might be slightly more but cabin quality outweighed that cost (haven cabins randomly allocated). Great communication from owners thank you!

Pleasant stay

Lovely place enjoyed our stay there , only concern for us was that we were only there two nights and the park wanted £38 per adult plus child to go in the pool as nothing was yet open as only beginning of the season which was way too expensive, also the shop on the site is very expensive, we googled the next day and found a local Asda and Aldi which would have been nice if we new , other than that a pleasant stay

Fab location, lovely property with attention to detail on comfort!

We have previously stayed on this park and knew we loved the location but this property was beautifully located so close to the beach whilst still being a really easy walk to the main facilities on the park. The beds & bedding are exceptionally comfy and were commented on by each member of the family who are now nagging me to track down similar!

We couldn't really fault anything....one very minor thing was that the key safe was a bit bent so it was a little tricky getting the keys out
