Ainay/centre Lyon/un cocon !

Very clear and easy check-in instructions to the early check-in arrangements done by the good host. The apartment is fabulous with good amenities & facilities required for our 4 night stay. It is clean, simple, spacious and well maintained. All the amenities were very good - the comfy bed, wi-fi, wardrobe, kitchen, kitchenware, washing machine, refrigerator, iron, ceiling fan and floor fan for summer, plus the a sleek new bathroom/shower and dryer. The apartment cools very easily during hot days when the windows are opened, there is also a high window in the passage for cross ventilation. There is a supermarket in front of the apartment building which works so well to pick up stuff you need. The location is safe, quiet & close to Place Bellecour and the big pedestrian passage (Rue Victor Hugo). The host is very prompt and helpful via WhatsApp, although everything that one needs is already in the apartment. They made our early check-in possible. Our Lyon stay was the highlight of our France holiday, Merci!!

Great central location close to transport, sightseeing, supermarket Shower was good and a good secure building.

Our stay during a heatwave was very uncomfortable with no airconditioning or air coolers, only fans. There was only one pillow provided per person with the extra pillow having no pillowcase. No tissue box which would have been useful.

Très petit appartement confortable , propre et très bien situé Aucune vue , building en restauration en face Cependant pas de personnel en soutien Avons eu de la difficulté à ouvrir la porte Problème de serrure ! Le voisin nous a aidé heureusement Pas accès à la télévision pour écouter des nouvelles Seulement postes payants N’Avons pas eu accès à internet 2 jours et gestionnaire ne pouvait pas aider Ne connaît pas ni tv ni internet et se trouvait loin ! Nous ne reviendrons pas Pour nous ce n’est pas un cocon !
