The location was really convenient, it is a good spot in a nice neighborhood. The bed was very comfortable, and all the commodities were in place and functioned.
The process of getting into the apartment was more difficult than I prepared for, and also the electric kettle needed some deep cleaning.

-Central location -The studio is newly renovated and almost have everything you would need for a short stay -The host is very responsive
- The attic part of the studio, however, we got used to it - Cleaning, changing of towels and bed sheets is only once per stay before arrival. It should be every 3-4 days, following the Hotel Apartment model. It is unfair for guests staying for long periods like myself, I spent 8 days in this studio -

L'emplacement
Le manque de propreté du logement. Un théière pleine de thé de l'ancien locataire, un sol non nettoyé, des miettes sur le frigo.... Concrètement un service de conciergerie défaillant et qui me propose de venir nettoyer le matin de mon départ après m'avoir expliqué que l'ancien locataire avait laissé les lieux sales. Tout ça avec 50€ de frais de ménage à chaque changement de résident.
