Excepcional Apartamento AMANECER al borde de playa y mar, en CHALET ROQUETES

Thank you Manuel for making this beautiful piece of the World available to the rest of us!🙏. The location is amazing, the beach is literally just outside your front door! Manuel’s apartment has everything you need for a comfortable beachfront stay. The bed is comfortable, the apartment is clean and waking up to the sound & sight of the ocean every day is a dream come true, it was for my daughter and I anyway. There is a beautiful terrace with comfortable sun loungers to relax by the ocean. Direct access to the beach is just a few short steps away through a small white gate, at the front of the terrace. The water is crystal clear 🌊🩵. On the way back , Manuel has a foot tap and an outdoor body shower, to wash off any sand. The sea is quiet , tranquil and feels authentically Spanish, rather than excessively touristy, which we liked. Santa Marine market( with local produce) and restaurant are only a 5-10 min walk and again are authentic and reasonably priced. There are also other authentically Spanish restaurants nearby and the Strip of Playa San Juan is just a 10 minute walk away. This is one of the nicest places we have ever been and will definitely be back, hopefully next year. Muchas Gracias Manuel, o Irlanda ! 👍💚🇮🇪

Nothing. Others have commented on the bathroom door being flimsy…a solid door would definitely be an improvement and provide better privacy, but it doesn’t deter us from returning for the countless other invaluable benefits 🌊🌞🩵😎

Dies war unser zweiter Aufenthalt bei Manuel, und er hat uns noch besser gefallen als der erste. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt, und die Sauberkeit ist beeindruckend. Manuel ist ein sehr herzlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber, der sich stets darum kümmert, dass es uns an nichts fehlt. Für unseren nächsten Besuch in Alicante ist die Aufenthaltsfrage bereits geklärt – wir haben schon den richtigen gefunden.

Excellent host, the accommodation corresponded exactly to the description in the offer. The apartment is really right on the beach, in the hot summer it can be an advantage that in the afternoon part of the terrace is already in the shade. Pleasant bright room, easy access to the center (beautiful walk around the sea) Close to the tram station, shops, cafes and restaurants.

This is not a fault but a feature: the apartment has parking available, but for smaller vehicles and must be booked in advance. We overlooked this and parked on the street about 500m from the accommodation for 2 days.
