We stayed at this property for a week from the 7th July 2018. We were met at the apartment by Nuria who was lovely. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the location was fabulous. I would have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation

The apartment is modern, clean and well maintained with all necessary facilities. The views are lovely. The photos do not do it justice! It is situated in a quiet residential suburb but within easy walking distance of restaurants and the sea front. Bus and tram links in to Alicante are also nearby, along with very reasonably priced cycle hire.
The owner could not have been more helpful and prompt during the booking process. Our flight was delayed by five hours on the day of arrival. Nuria, our host, was so helpful and accommodating in arranging to meet us at nearly 10pm; nothing was too much trouble for her.
We would definitely recommend staying here and would visit again.

Stayed here in mid october with my wife and two kids. Listing description was very accurate. The apartment was clean and well-maintained. A short walk to the impressive beach of San Juan, restaurants and supermarket. Tram-station to Alicante centre also close to the apartment. Nuria and Javier were very helpful hosts. Would consider going here again.
