Locatie was uitstekend. Prachtig uitzicht op de douro. Eigen toilet en douche.
Wat echt tegen viel was de belofte dat er airco was, maar deze deed het helemaal niet. Het was bloedheet in alle kamers. Er stonden wel ventilatoren maar deze maakten veel lawaai en voldeden niet. Ook was er wat lawaai van de metro.

Logement très bien situé. Monica est à notre écoute et est disponible. L’équipement de l’appartement est complet. Petits commerces de proximité très pratique et métro juste devant Tout pour réussir la découverte de Porto !

The apartment is OK with all confort and enough space. The metro station is in front of the building and the Sao Bento railway station is 2 stops from the apartment.
The neighborhood is ugly, no interest. But more: there are two huge construction sites on both side of the apartment and they are VERY noisy... (however not a problem if you wake up early). Therefore the "fantastic view" on Douro river is not fantastic anymore as one of the construction site is blocking partially the view: the level of the upper floor of the new building is nearly at the same level... no intimacy anymore (the workers and the crane operator have a direct view in the apartment and the terrace).
