We liked the location, perfect for the beach, the strip, places to eat and drink.
The pool area is lovely, very clean and quite a large pool and child pool. Caretaker helpful and pleasant. The apartment was comfortable and quite spacious. Good shower. The bed was comfortable, my friend said the sofa bed was fine. The pubs/bars on the same street are great. Cheap and some entertainment. The Spanish type restaurant with the menu of the day is excellent value and the food is lovely.
The front door key to access the building sticks and we struggled all week with it. It would have been nice not to have had to request extra bedding, the assumption was we shared a bed.
Picking up the key is a pain after travelling, the directions are not the best. Perhaps add some landmarks to help people.
Some instructions for the washing machine, hob and air con would be really beneficial. The floor mop absolutely stinks and we left it outside all week.

Clean & tidy apartment, small hob & a little plug in (halogen?) oven with microwave, kettle, toaster, pans, crockery, cutlery & utensils all available to use. Bed was comfy, bathroom was small but functional, and also had a hairdryer in the undersink drawers. Location was good (directly opposite Uncle Ron's bar) & just a short walk to the beach.
There's no balcony to speak of as the living space had been increased to the end of where it would've been, but the windows opened up quite wide so you could still get some sun. The outdoor doorkey was a bit temperamental but we managed to get access after a few tries.

Great location opposite Uncle Rons, nice basic, modern apartment with air con. Good building security. Great pool. Friendly neighbours.
Bed literally fills the bedroom, funny smell in the bathroom (drains?), thin walls if there are noisy neighbours. Kitchen VERY small facilities. Having to get the key from an office 10 mins away was a nuisance, and 10am checkout was enforced by cleaner turning up early and making sure we left.
