Gemelos 22-1-6

Na de aanmerking van mijn kant inzake de internetsnelheid heb ik geen problemen meer ondervonden.

Niets is er tegengevallen. Ik ken Gemelos 22 al bijna 20 jaar, waarvan een groot gedeelte ik huurde van een Engels echtpaar.

The apartment was spacious and conveniently located.

What I didn't like: • Internet instructions were unclear, with outdated Wi-Fi information displayed in the apartment, causing unnecessary confusion on arrival. • The advertised gym was not a gym in any meaningful sense, but a communal room with a few mats and no weight-training equipment. • The hob controls were loose and not all rings functioned correctly. • The washer-dryer malfunctioned and would not open, leaving my clothing trapped inside on departure day. Even the cleaner was unable to open it. • Although management initially assured me my belongings would be forwarded, this was followed by weeks of delays, contradictory messages and poor communication between different staff members. • After Booking.com upheld my complaint and awarded compensation, the tone of communication became accusatory and unprofessional, with suggestions that I was only seeking compensation. I was subsequently informed that my belongings would not be returned by post and could only be collected in person.
