This beautiful property is located on a large plot in the village of Karojba near Motovun. It is ideal for families, with a large outdoor area. Outside you will find a large pool with a lovely covered dining area near the pool. A beautiful built-in barbecue completes the picture to fully enjoy the outdoor area. The pool is equipped with a massage system. There is also a badminton court and two bicycles to explore the surrounding area. A grocery store, pizzeria etc. are within a short walking distance so you don't have to use a car if you don't want to. Just a short walk from the villa, there is a pizzeria, a café and a grocery store. A supermarket is 15 minutes away. Discover the beauty of untouched nature during a bike ride through the famous Istrian route Parenzana - a former railroad track, and forget your everyday worries and stress. Only 5 km away, there is a golf practice course and a horse ranch for horseback riding.
