The 4th bathroom is on the ground floor. The bedrooms are furnished with great attention to detail to make you feel relaxed. If you want to relax, you can enjoy the pool area with plenty of sun loungers and parasols. Ideal for cooling off from the heat or just reading a book by the pool. If you like to eat al fresco, this villa is also the right choice for you, as it also offers a gas barbecue. So you can prepare your favorite dishes or try new Istrian specialties. Gather your family and friends in the beautiful outdoor area and start your vacation with a smile at Villa Eleven! The beautiful Villa Eleven is located in a small village only 7 km away from Rovinj. Rovinj is a charming tourist town in the western part of the Istrian peninsula. This romantic town, situated by the sea, is not to be missed. With narrow streets, colorful Mediterranean-style houses and numerous museums, bars and restaurants, the town has a lot to offer. If you are planning a longer trip, we also recommend visiting Porec and Fazana. These are 30 km from the villa. From Fazana you can also visit the beautiful island of Brijuni, which is also one of Croatia's national parks. In Porec you will also find many sights from the famous Eufrasius Basilica, to caves but also wine tours known in this area.
