Villa Leni Kringa
Villa Leni Kringa is located in the central part of Istria, near Tinjan and Pazin, as well as close to Pore. The villa offers peace and privacy for up to 5 people who can spend their time here and enjoy the unique Istrian landscape. The outdoor area of the house consists of a large terrace where you can prepare traditional Istrian dishes on the barbecue, a swimming pool that provides refreshment in summer temperatures and sun loungers where you can relax and catch the sun's rays. From the terrace you have direct access to the inner part of the house. On the ground floor of the fully air-conditioned villa there is a spacious living room with a cosy sofa and TV, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The stairs lead to the upper floor, where there are 3 comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom with shower cubicle. Two rooms offer sleeping accommodation in single beds, and there is also a large room with a double bed. Book Villa Leni Kringa and enjoy your holiday with a private pool and your loved ones! Villa Leni Kringa is located in central Istria near the towns of Porec and Pazin. The town of Rovinj is also in the immediate vicinity. Central Istria is known for its small, attractive and Mediterranean towns. In the neighbourhood of Kringa there are excellent restaurants, cafés, wine shops and local shops. This charming and peaceful area is not only known for its historical and cultural sights, but also for its excellent, delicious Istrian cuisine. There are numerous cycling and hiking trails in the area, while the famous beaches along the beautiful coastline are just a short drive away through the idyllic countryside. For fun and laughter on a family holiday, the Kringa adrenaline park, located right next to the villa, is the ideal idea!
