Villa Bella Area
Villa Bella Area is a modern holiday home with swimming pool in Central Istria.
On its own property, the guests have a pool, table and chairs, fireplace, sun loungers and two parking spaces at their disposal. The holiday home is set in the place Sveti Petar u Sumi, famous for a monastery from the XII century and for the traditional sausages you can try in one of the traditional taverns in the area. The town Pazin is 9 km away, and the popular tourist towns Rovinj and Pore are about 25 km away.
Villa with pool of 175 sqm extends on two air-conditioned floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with sitting set, dining room and equipped kitchen, a separate toilet. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, each with double bed and satellite TV, there is also a bathroom and a balcony. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
