From the living room you can access the terrace, which has a barbecue and a table for 8 people, perfect for a barbecue evening with family and friends. On the upper floor there are three cozy bedrooms with TV and three bathrooms. From the bedrooms you have access to the shared balcony. In the well-kept garden, a 27m2 private pool, sun loungers and parasol invite you to relax. There are four parking spaces on the property. A visit to the famous Euphrasian Basilica, which was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1997, is a must! If you are traveling with your children, we recommend a trip to a water park.
