The villa consists of 2 separate apartments that are only rented together and only to one group of guests. The first floor consists of a spacious living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a separate guest toilet. From here you have direct access to the balcony and the spacious outdoor area with a private pool and a children's playground. As a separate apartment, the second floor consists of two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, as well as a living/dining area and a kitchen. Here you will also find 2 balconies from which you can enjoy a view of the pool area and a cup of coffee. The outdoor dining area for 12 people by the pool is the perfect place to spend time with the whole family over a delicious Istrian dinner. As the coast is easily accessible by car, you have many different beaches to discover.
