Luxury Apartment with Ocean View - 1 minute to beach

Be prepared to wait for the lift then visit every floor on the way up or down! Pool and gym weren’t included in room fee. New building has been built sea view reduced .

We stayed in Apt 2310A, a two bedroom corner unit. We loved the size of the rooms (very spacious for SE Asia), enclosed showers with excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water, lovely views of the sea which is just across the street (apartments on the other side of the building have sea views, too, but there's also a huge unfinished, unattractive building on that side), comfortable beds, a reasonable amount of storage space for clothes and food, well-functioning AC in every room, the large jugs of drinking water that were provided, natural light in the main bathroom, and the host who provided us with several items that were not available when we arrived (pot holders, face cloths, ironing board, and dish towels.) There is a mini market on the 3rd floor of the building (good for snacks and packaged goods, but not fresh food/produce.) The building is away from the busier part of the beach, but there are plenty of restaurants and mini-markets within easy walking distance. You can EASILY get to any place you want to go by using Grab. We never waited more than 4 minutes for a driver and the cost was rarely more than $5 USD, usually less. The other advantage of being further away from My Khe Beach is that the building is quiet and it's possible to get a solid nights rest.

For the price, we expected a better equipped kitchen. There were no pantry basics such as salt, pepper and oil. Despite being a two-bedroom apartment that sleeps four, there were only two plates and two large bowls for eating meals. There was a larger assortment of smaller bowls. Because we were a party of just two, that wasn't a problem for us, but it would have been nice to have a spatula, measuring cups and spoons, a wine opener, larger drinking glasses, a pasta strainer, and vegetable peeler. The knives needed sharpening or replacing. In fairness, I think if I had asked for these items, the property manager would have provided them. The other thing that could have been better was the response time to our questions and requests. Sometimes, it took two days for us to hear back. All of that having been said, we would definitely book this apartment again when returning to DaNang, and we mean that. All the positives of this apartment far outweigh the few shortcomings. And, if you don't plan to fix meals in the apartment, the list of shortcomings is really irrelevant.

The Apoartament is nice and very comfortable.

From the listing seams that you have a gym and a swimming pool but actually the access to it is not included and requires and extra payments. Plus there is a kitchen but there isn’t any kitchen tools or exponent so it is unusable. We had an issue with the fridge and it took 2 days to be addressed.
