Great location which was good, fresh towel everyday, easy stroll to the beach to watch the sunrise
Slow elevators longest wait was 15min and we ended up pressing the up button for it to come. Having to pay for the pool( owner did offer to pay which we took up once which was great by them). Payment options was hard, we were going to pay visa but was unable too. Make sure you have cash or wise account.

Clean, spacious , the staffs are very helpful
Next to the un-finished building, the elevators are super slow and they only 3 of them, you have to wait a long time to go up or down

5 mins walk to reach the beach. two restrooms and two bathrooms. big beds and area. 247 convenient store in the same building. Responsible host helped us to store the luggage on the check out date. A LARGE bottle of water is provided.

The property's relative location to the beach.
The property was unkept. It was not representative of the photos. The maintenance needed to keep the property in photo ready condition was absent. The central air conditioning did not work. There was mold present in the restrooms and the lighting was poor.
