Excellent AC that cooled the apartment down quickly, full size fridge and freezer. The washer and dryer were a bonus, as was the balcony drying rack (as we don’t like to put our clothes in the dryer). We appreciated the quiet location - while there was some construction nearby it couldn’t be heard in the room. We were about 5mins by grab to wherever we wanted to go (beach, riverfront, museums). The minimart across the street was great, the two banh mi places were both yummy and clean, and Kim Beauty and Spa had great massages.

The bed was very hard, but that is common in Asia. It would have been good to have extra pillows and a full length mirror. The couch was comfortable enough but needed some foot stools. While not an issue for us as we were only one floor up, the lift was super slow. We always took the stairs down and depending on which floor the lift was on often took the stairs up too. Still good to have a lift for bags! Not as many food/bars in walking distance (of about 500m given the heat/humidity), but the quiet location more than makes up for that in my view! As in many hotel rooms the fire system LED flashes all the time so if that bothers you bring an eye mask.

The apartment layout is fantastic, it is very spacious and has everything you need for either a short term or long term stay. It is in a great location with shops and eateries downstairs. The staff are very friendly and hospitable too.

Super clean, modern, spacious apartment with great daylight. Everything was comfortable and the kitchen was a bonus to make a light meals. Laundry facilities were wonderful: washer, dryer, plus ample space to hang clothes to dry. Very quiet between rooms - didn't hear any other guests despite being full. Daily housekeeping and water bottles. Great location and walkable to shops, food, and the beach. The hosts were friendly, helpful and very accommodating!

Occasionally, a little loud due to traffic noise, but we soon got used to it. For the location and apartment overall it was a small concern (bring earplugs if light sleeper).
