The fixtures in the shower and the bathroom need repairs. The unpleasant odors in the bathrooms are pretty strong. The washing machine was not working. The door to one of the bedrooms screeched terribly when you try to open or close it. We were given a place to park the car at the gas station near the apartment only after I insisted that the free parking on premises was in the rental offering.
The apartment is safe with the entrance behind the closed gate. It's not in the center but it takes only 10 minutes to get to the main attraction by taxi. Good coffee in the cafe right across the street.
