2BR 3BR Luxury Apartment Sky Pool

We had fist booked an apartment relatively far out of the center but luckily cancelled and found this apartment in Leman apartment building on short notice. Contact and communication with the agent were excellent and very kind. Accomodation in this area (district 3) is usally more expensive but the location is worth it, about 10min by Grab to District 1 (Saigon Center) and walking distance to war remnants museum and a park with childrens playground. Grab cars can pick-up, park easily and deliver food. On floor B1 of the complex there is a decent burger place and supermarket with coconuts. The rooftop pool has seen better days but is large and clean. Part of it is a shallow toddlers area, the other part a normal pool with refreshing water temperature. There are showers, sunbeds with shade and even a guard. The area is perfect for walking and has good food options nearby. The Japanese restaurant across the street in the alley has good quality dishes and economic lunch sets before 13:45h (last order). Better avoid Melbourne Cafe for breakfast and rather head out for local places or cafés. It takes about 16 minuter to the airport at 07:00 AM.

This apartment was a great find, spacious and comfortable, in a great location adjacent to the main tourist district. The air conditioning was very welcome and the beds were comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent.
