In a word: filthy

Spacious and affordable. Nice and calm surroundings.

Cleanliness is my top priority, and this place was far from it. The sponge in the sink was disgusting, as was the shower. Everything was greasy and dirty, and even the bed linens had holes. Spider webs everywhere. Under the bed, there was an unbelievable amount of dirt. Upstairs, there were no blinds, the windows were covered in grime, and there were black mold marks. The shower was awful too - we had to fight just to get a few drops of water.

Wir würden das Appartement gerne wieder buchen.

Ein sehr schönes modernes helles Appartement mit viel Platz für eine -auch größere - Familie. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und entspannt. Durch die Nähe zu Deutschland und der Schweiz konnten wir Ausflüge in alle Länder unternehmen. Wir hatten kurz ein technisches Problem in der Küche, das wurde sehr schnell erledigt und so hatten wir dadurch keine Einschränkungen .

Die Wohnung ist Groß

Leider sind wir schockiert über den Zustand der Wohnung gewesen - Der Spiegel im Bad ist komplett dreckig, sowie die Fenster der Dusche - ⁠Rechts unter dem Waschbecken Tisch sind die Fliesen kaputt - ⁠die Lampe im Wohnzimmer ist kaputt, hängt schief und ist voll mit Staub und Spinnennetzen - ⁠der Fernseher und die Fensterbänke sind voll mit Staub, sowie viele Ecken voll mit spinnenweben - ⁠der Herd und das Becken ist verschmutzt mit Flecken - ⁠unter dem Bett und unter dem Sofa ist alles extrem verschmutzt . - Im Badezimmer Schimmel Zusammenfassung: Wir sind sehr enttäuscht, die Kaution auch nicht angemessen in meinen Augen. Es macht den Anschein, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, dass nur die Bettwäsche gewechselt wurde. Die ganzen Punkte sind nach nur 5min anschauen der Wohnung aufgefallen… und ich finde es schon fast respektlos einer Familie mit 2 Kindern eine Wohnung in so einem staubigen Zustand zu geben. Anbei die Bilder und Video.

Bello ma freddo

Nell'appartamento c'era tutto quel che serve, era pulito e molto carino, arredato con gusto.

Era freddo, freddissimo! La casa non è stata preriscaldata. Quando sono arrivata, era una ghiacciaia e non sono riuscita a riscaldarla come si deve con il termoconvettore. Il calore si disperdeva al piano superiore attraverso una scala aperta nel salone che porta di sopra. Ho sentito sempre freddo. Il bollitore era pieno di calcare a pezzi e non si poteva utilizzare. La porta d'ingresso è problematica. Ha un meccanismo inconsueto e sembra non funzionare bene.

Soggiorno confortevole per esplorare l’Alsazia e dintorni

Appartamento situato in un contesto residenziale accogliente senza però servizi nelle vicinanze. L’appartamento è accogliente e luminoso, con un letto nella zona giorno ed altri quattro posti letto nel soppalco (tra un piano e l’altro non ci sono separazioni di porte) La cucina è dotata di tutti gli accessori. Ottima la posizione per poter visitare i dintorni. Ottimo il feedback con i proprietari.

Klein aber fein.

Super süsses kleines offenes Loft mit viel Schlafmöglichkeiten, Nespresso Kaspelmaschine (sogar Kapseln waren da), Toaster u.a.. Vor allem der untere Bereich ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Oben sind 2x 1 Bett und 1 Doppelbett um die Ecke. Alles super organisiert. Die Inhaber Manuella und Cedric waren über WhatsApp immer erreichbar und haben auf Anfragen direkt reagiert und uns versorgt. Super Service. Die Türklinke wird zB nach oben gedrückt, um abschließen zu können. Das wussten wir nicht. Sehr netter Kontakt und unkompliziert. Fragen konnten direkt beantwortet werden. Gerne wieder.

Gut zu wissen, dass alles offen ist. Es gibt keine separaten Schlafzimmer. Das war auf den Fotos nicht klar erkennbar. Die Treppe ist sehr eng nach oben. Für uns war es kein Thema.
