Getting the key from a local hotel was very easy, and the host was welcooning and friendly. The apartment was large and well suited for our group. Everything was very well keot and they thought of many small details (such as dihswasher tabs). There is an outdoor space as well and we ate out one evening. We liked having a washer and the hot tub and sauna were a bonus. The lcoation was quiet but close to town and to a bus stop. They came in to bring fresh towels halfway through our stay which was nice.
The stairs to the apartment were a bit old and steep, but we soon found an easier entrance. Having a few lamps, an extra nightstand and perhaps a few small knives in the drawers would be nice, but these are minor suggestions.

The flat was well equipped and very large. Modern. Clean. Very close to the centre.
Both the Sauna, washing machine and Jacuzzi was great. Perfect for people there to run! I would firmly recommend the flat for friends or families staying together.
The flat has one toilet which is fine mostly but that one toilet is inside the same room as the Sauna/Jacuzzi space.
They were very communicative before the trip and during the trip. Really good hosts. But they effectively ignore you after the trip. If you forget something, don't expect a response!

The apartment was lovely and spacious, it was very homely and warm during the winter in Tromso.
It comes with a sauna and Jacuzzi, be aware it can take 5 or so hours to re fill the Jacuzzi as it is large which is understandable.
The sauna was perfect and very easy to set the desired temperature and it heats up very quickly.
Reception was very helpful with any queries we had.

The location was great, we had access to so many things around the city. The house that we stayed in was close to the bus stops. The sauna and the jacuzzi were very good, we enjoyed it. The house was big enough and was comfortable. The temperature was great.
The key-access process was very bad, we had to walk to Viking Hotel and back so many times just to get access to the keys in the freezing cold. The receptionist girl was always trying to get rid of us and saying '' Go back to the house the keys are there'' spoiler alert. they were not there. Nobody showed us how things work, like the TV's, the heater and jacuzzi and all stuff. On top of that, we found an underwear that did not belong to us. The underwear was near the jacuzzi. The underwear is not something to ignore and call it a day. I think it is a safety and health issue and also we have a photo of the underwear attached . Also there was dust and dirt from under the couch, beds and the chairs. I want the place to be investigated due to concernes. we mentioned this to the viking hotel reception but they just ignore it.
