De tuin (uitzicht), de luxe keukenapparatuur en de grote goede bedden
Het huis was niet af. Ook het keukengerei was minimaal (geen schalen, afwasborstel, sponsje enz) De badkamer in 1 van de slaapkamers was heel onhandig. De badkamer zelf was goed ingericht verder. De andere slaapkamer was minimaal en zeer sober ingericht. Geen bedlichtjes enz
