This cozy house is characterized by homeliness, luxury and tranquility. My motto is: you must feel at home. This house (100 m2) has its own atmosphere and identity.
Ample parking space (5 cars) directly at the house. Entrance with laundry room (washing machine and dryer) and wardrobe. Separate toilet, bathroom with massage shower, bedroom with wardrobe and TV. Spacious living room with cozy wood stove, large TV with canal digital, a spacious kitchen with various (built-in) equipment. From the living room you have a wonderful view of the large garden with (fenced) pond and two swings, the squirrels that are playing around, and the many bird species. Downstairs everything is on the ground floor. Double doors to the terrace and garden.

2 spacious bedrooms, 1 with balcony, and electrically adjustable bed. Infrared cabin, bathroom with bath and rain shower, separate toilet. From both bedrooms a wonderful view over the large garden ..
The garden has a (fenced) pond and two swings, various seating areas and a large terrace with a barbecue. The entire garden is fenced, which is ideal for dog owners.
Within a 5-minute walk you can reach the recreational area of the 5-star TerSpegelt park (open from Easter / April 1 to November 1), where you have free access to all facilities of the park, such as heated indoor swimming pool, 2 lakes where you can surf, rowing and pedal boats. There is a workshop and craft loft for the children, various entertainment is organized, there is a climbing wall, tennis courts, mini golf, playground and a Pump Track course. There is also a small supermarket. You can enjoy a delicious and cozy meal by the fireplace of the restaurant De Keizer, very good quality and price wise. Eersel can be reached on foot, where good restaurants are located. Also snack bar and delicious ice cream shop. Within 1 hour you can reach various charming cities (Antwerp, Brussels, Eindhoven, Den Bosch, Utrecht, Maastricht, Dusseldorf etc. etc.), as well as Beekse Bergen and the Efteling. You can discover a wonderful walking area directly from the house, you can cycle many kilometers here on the way to cozy restaurants.
