La ubicación muy bien muy cómodo

Just what we want. Excellent!

Location is good with a nice cafe around the corner. A 10 min walk into the centre of Playa Blanca and promenade. Bedrooms and bathrooms were as per the pictures but no toiletries whatsoever in the latter - a €1 bottle of Hand wash in each would have been good. Villa itself was a good size and the furnishings were of good quality. Pool is quite small but was a nice temperature when we were there in December

The fridge needs replacing as it is rusty with broken parts. Not one cleaning product was provided - e.g. no dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, dishcloths, bin bags, hand wash etc. We had to go out and buy all of these items. There was no welcome pack indicating how to operate the alarm or where items such as table tennis bats were. We only found the latter after 3 days in the boiler cabinet. The hot water tank is fairly small and barely enough hot water for 2-3 people having showers. As a party of 5, we had to stagger showers. Only one AC controller had working batteries. We requested more but they were not forthcoming. There were only 3 teaspoons but these were quickly replenished. There are indoor security cameras in the kitchen and living room. We covered the camera lens on both for privacy. The outdoor wall behind the pool needs repainting as it makes the rest of the pool area look less appealing. Had to clean the outdoor table when we arrived as it had a thick layer of dust. Microwave dial indicators all worn off so we had to guess how to work it. The shower in the main bathroom drained water very slowly. A plumber came to unblock it but it reverted to same the next day. We didn't use the BBQ as the rack wasn't the cleanest. All in all, this could be the perfect villa if it had a new fridge/microwave and just a bit of TLC.
